Return & Order Cancelation

Order Cancelation Policy

This cancellation policy applies only to whole product orders. For parts and accessories orders, please contact help@costaenergyco.com to request cancellation.

Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at no cost as long as it has not yet been fulfilled.

To cancel, simply reply to your order confirmation email requesting for cancelation.

After Shipment

Your order has already been shipped, and the carrier does not support interception or cancellation at this stage. Please return the item after receiving it.

Once the package is returned to us, a refund will be issued for the product price minus the shipping and handling fees.

Return Policy

We only accept returns and refunds for new and unused products. Your refund will be processed after the return is delivered to our warehouse and must be received within 30 days of shipment.

If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will provide a prepaid return label for customers within 30 days of receiving the shipment.

If the return is not due to a manufacturing defect, we can provide a prepaid return label first, but the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

For accessories/parts, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Return & Refund Conditions

Please read the following conditions carefully. If the conditions are not met, Costa Energy reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund.

Costa Energy cannot accept a return or provide a refund for the item if the following occurs:

  • The product is damaged due to customer error or improper maintenance within 30 days.
  • The product contains a large amount of oil or gasoline residue.

How to Complete the Return Process

If you meet the guidelines for the return/refund, please follow the steps:

  1. Please request a return through the appropriate return request page.
  2. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
  3. After the product is returned, a refund will be credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

All returned products must be shipped back in original packaging, containing all original components.

Note: For safety and transportation regulations, please drain oil and fuel before shipping. Carriers such as FedEx will not accept packages containing fuel or oil.

Delayed or Lost Refund

If you have not received the refund within 5 business days, please check your bank statements or contact your bank for verification.

Please allow at least 7 business days for credit card payments, as the credit line may take additional time to reflect on your statement.

If you still have not received a refund after 7 days, contact your credit card company. Your refund may be pending.
