This Shipping and Dropshipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the processing, fulfillment, shipment, and delivery of all orders placed with Costa Energy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through our website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined herein.
Costa Energy operates using a hybrid fulfillment model that includes both in-house shipping and third-party dropshipping suppliers. Accordingly, products may be shipped from multiple locations, including domestic and international facilities.
All orders are subject to verification, acceptance, and product availability.
Most in-stock orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 AM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.
Orders fulfilled by third-party suppliers require additional handling time of approximately one (1) to five (5) business days prior to shipment.
Costa Energy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, refuse, or limit any order, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or pricing or listing errors.
Costa Energy reserves the right to modify or revoke promotional shipping offers at any time.
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
By completing a purchase, the Customer expressly agrees that delays caused by carriers, suppliers, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.
Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped separately. Customers agree that partial shipments do not constitute incomplete fulfillment and are not grounds for dispute.
Costa Energy does not ship to P.O. Boxes or third-party mailbox services. Orders submitted with such addresses may be delayed, canceled, or returned.
Customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
Failure to pay such fees or refusal to accept delivery due to customs charges does not qualify for a full refund. Any refunds issued in such cases will be reduced by all shipping, handling, and return costs incurred.
Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within five (5) business days of delivery by contacting info@costaenergyco.com.
Failure to provide timely notice and supporting evidence (including photographs) may result in denial of replacement or refund.
If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, the Customer must refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
Refused shipments (excluding those refused due to visible damage) will be subject to all actual shipping, handling, and return costs incurred by Costa Energy.
Refunds will be issued only after the returned shipment is received and processed, less applicable fees.
Customers bear full responsibility for providing accurate shipping information.
Unclaimed or returned packages may be refunded at our discretion, less all incurred costs.
Product availability is not guaranteed. In the event of inventory discrepancies, Costa Energy reserves the right to cancel orders, partially fulfill orders, substitute products, or issue refunds.
Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders are considered final and may not be altered.
By placing an order, the Customer agrees to first contact Costa Energy to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Costa Energy reserves the right to provide proof of fulfillment, shipment, and delivery confirmation, dispute unauthorized chargebacks, recover associated costs, and restrict future purchases from customers who engage in abusive chargeback behavior.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Costa Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, supplier issues, or delivery failures outside of our direct control.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.
Costa Energy reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
