General Shipping and Dropshipping Policies

1. Introduction

This Shipping and Dropshipping Policy (“Policy”) governs the processing, fulfillment, shipment, and delivery of all orders placed with Costa Energy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order through our website, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge, understand, and agree to be legally bound by the terms outlined herein.

Costa Energy operates using a hybrid fulfillment model that includes both in-house shipping and third-party dropshipping suppliers. Accordingly, products may be shipped from multiple locations, including domestic and international facilities.

2. Order Processing and Acceptance

All orders are subject to verification, acceptance, and product availability.

Most in-stock orders placed Monday through Friday before 11:00 AM EST are processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff time will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM EST on Fridays will be processed the following Monday.

Orders fulfilled by third-party suppliers require additional handling time of approximately one (1) to five (5) business days prior to shipment.

Costa Energy reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, refuse, or limit any order, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or pricing or listing errors.

3. Shipping Methods and Fulfillment

  • Shipping carriers may include UPS, USPS, or other providers as determined solely by Costa Energy.
  • Shipping carriers and methods are selected at our discretion for standard shipping orders.
  • Expedited shipping options (e.g., Overnight, 2nd Day Air) are available at full cost and do not guarantee carrier performance or delivery timelines.

4. Shipping Rates and Promotions

  • All original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Free shipping promotions apply only to the Continental United States.
  • A minimum $99 pre-tax order value is required to qualify.
  • Free shipping applies exclusively to standard shipping methods selected by Costa Energy.

Costa Energy reserves the right to modify or revoke promotional shipping offers at any time.

5. Delivery Estimates and Delays

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Domestic (In-Stock Items): Standard carrier timelines apply
  • Domestic (Dropshipped Items): Estimated 7–15 business days
  • International Orders: Estimated 10–25 business days

By completing a purchase, the Customer expressly agrees that delays caused by carriers, suppliers, customs, weather conditions, or other external factors do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

6. Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled and shipped separately. Customers agree that partial shipments do not constitute incomplete fulfillment and are not grounds for dispute.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Costa Energy does not ship to P.O. Boxes or third-party mailbox services. Orders submitted with such addresses may be delayed, canceled, or returned.

8. International Orders, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

Failure to pay such fees or refusal to accept delivery due to customs charges does not qualify for a full refund. Any refunds issued in such cases will be reduced by all shipping, handling, and return costs incurred.

9. Returns and Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise explicitly stated.
  • All returns must comply with our Return and Order Cancellation Policy.
  • Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within five (5) business days of delivery by contacting info@costaenergyco.com.

Failure to provide timely notice and supporting evidence (including photographs) may result in denial of replacement or refund.

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, the Customer must refuse delivery and notify us immediately.

11. Refusal of Delivery

Refused shipments (excluding those refused due to visible damage) will be subject to all actual shipping, handling, and return costs incurred by Costa Energy.

Refunds will be issued only after the returned shipment is received and processed, less applicable fees.

12. Incorrect Address and Delivery Failures

Customers bear full responsibility for providing accurate shipping information.

  • Reshipment will require payment of additional shipping fees
  • Free shipping promotions will be voided

Unclaimed or returned packages may be refunded at our discretion, less all incurred costs.

13. Inventory Availability

Product availability is not guaranteed. In the event of inventory discrepancies, Costa Energy reserves the right to cancel orders, partially fulfill orders, substitute products, or issue refunds.

14. Order Modifications and Cancellations

Orders may only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, orders are considered final and may not be altered.

15. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By placing an order, the Customer agrees to first contact Costa Energy to resolve any issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

  • Claiming non-receipt of an item despite confirmed delivery by the carrier
  • Disputing delays that fall within the stated or reasonable shipping timeframes
  • Failing to read or acknowledge this Policy prior to purchase
  • Refusing delivery for reasons not related to damage
  • Providing incorrect shipping information

Costa Energy reserves the right to provide proof of fulfillment, shipment, and delivery confirmation, dispute unauthorized chargebacks, recover associated costs, and restrict future purchases from customers who engage in abusive chargeback behavior.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Costa Energy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, supplier issues, or delivery failures outside of our direct control.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable order.

17. Policy Updates

Costa Energy reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
